Donald V. Bulleit, Esq.
Native of Louisville, KY. Cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame. Cum laude graduate Georgetown Law Center, Washington, DC. Private law practice, Fowler, White, Gillen, Boggs, Villareal & Banker, St. Petersburg, FL (1961-1997). Past Vice-President, Board of Directors, and head of St. Petersburg office. Practice specialized in medical malpractice suits and medical device liability claims. Past President, Pinellas Trial Lawyers Association. Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. Past President of the Sertoma Club of St. Petersburg.

Edna B. Clifton R.N., B.S.N., M.B.A.

Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Barry University, Miami Shores, FL. Serves as a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the national honor society for nurses. Earned a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of South Florida in Tampa. Has extensive background in health care, which includes teaching, lecturer, consultant and administrator. Taught cardiology for nurses at St. Anthony’s Hospital for many years. Developed intermediate and advance classes for nurses in cardiology and general intensive care. Lectured with the American College of Cardiology for five years. Taught basic and advanced life support courses for the American Heart Association. Served as state faculty instructor trainer for basic life support. Worked as staff in coronary intensive care and general intensive care and then went on to teach in these disciplines. Has extensive experience in hospital administration of a 400+ acute care facility. Served as consultant/examiner for the Quality Academy for Pinellas County Schools for five years. Most recent experience includes operational, financial responsibilities, and compliance manaer in a large non-profit hospice. Currently working with Quality Improvement Org. as managerof beneficiary protection.


David M. Egbert

Born in Greenlake, WI. BA in journalism/advertising, University of Wisconsin. Received an Honorable Discharge from U.S. Army in 1972. Past Board Member, American Stage and Intervest Bank. Past Market Researcher, Marketing and Advertising Executive with Procter and Gamble, Bristol-Myers, Citibank and Chase Bank of Florida. Since 1989, President of The IMS Group, a research and marketing company based in St. Petersburg, FL.


Frank LaCamera, Jr., M.D., F.A.C.C.

Native of Warren, Ohio. Medical degree from the University of Cincinnati. Internal medicine residency at The Christ Hospital, Cincinnati and the Medical College of Virginia Hospital, Richmond, VA. Three-year cardiology fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic. In 1960 established the Rogers Heart Foundation’s Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory in St. Anthony’s Hospital, St. Petersburg, FL, and remained its Director for 37 years until he neared retirement. Member of the Boards of Directors of the Suncoast Heart and Florida Heart Associations. Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. Former Assistant Professor of Medicine/Cardiology at Emory University School of Medicine. Former Chief of Staff at St. Anthony’s Hospital. Past President of the Master Chorale Tampa Bay. Church choir soloist. Past Member of the Board of Directors of the St. Petersburg Rotary Club. Member of the Institutional Review Board of St. Anthony’s Hospital, overseeing ethical treatment of patients who are participating in research projects. Member of the Oversight Committee of Arts for a Complete Education in Pinellas County.


Norval Marr, Jr., M.D.

Born in Parkersburg, W. VA and attended local schools in St. Petersburg, Florida, the Virginia Military Institute, the University of Virginia and Cornell University Medical College. Post graduate study, Second (Cornell) Division Bellevue Hospital, VA Center Brown Hospital, Dayton, Ohio. Served on the Deans Committee at the University of Cincinnati, Mayo Foundation, Rochester, Minnesota. Started private practice with father, Norval M. Marr in January 1955 and retired from practice in 1992. Military service in World War II and Korea. Retired from Navy as a Lt. Commander. Staff appointments at St. Anthony’s Hospital (Executive Committee for 10 years), Bayfront Hospital, Edward White Hospital and Palms of Pasadena Hospital, all in St. Petersburg, Florida. Member of the American College of Physicians, American College of Chest Physicians, American Medical Association, Florida Medical Association and Pinellas County Medical Association. Served on the Board of the local American Red Cross and was Medical Director of the Pinellas Civil Defense Organization. Held a commercial pilots license. Currently is the southeast US Convener for The Tribe of Mar, and Florida Convener for House of Gordon Scottish Societies. Past President of the Rogers Heart Foundation from 1978-2003.

Received B.A. in Geology from Washington and Lee University and his law degree from Stetson College of Law, St. Petersburg, FL. Served two years in the Army Corp of Engineers at Ft. Belvoir, VA. Was a partner in a family real estate and insurance business. Became a Trust Officer with Florida National Bank and then with Union Trust Company which became NationsBank. Retired as Vice President and Trust Officer in 1992. Served as legal council for United Trust Company. Board member of the Salvation Army and Chairman of the Board for Pioneer Park.


Ardith Clark Rutland

Born in Clearwater, Florida and educated in Florida schools. Co-manager of a 34,000 acre ranch in Manatee County. Part-time buyer for clothing in Rutland Department Store. Bank Director and Chairman of the Board for Rutland Florida Gulf Bank. Community volunteer in many organizations. Fifty year volunteer at the Christmas Toy Shop of which she was manager for twenty years.

Past Head of Clinical Cardiology, James A. Haley V.A. Hospital, Tampa, FL. Formerly, Medical Director, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Haley V.A. Hospital. Formerly, Medical Director, Cardiac Rehabilitation Program, Tampa General Hospital. At the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa, he had been Director, Division of Cardiology, Director of the Cardiovascular Disease Training Program, and Acting Director of the Division of Cardiovascular Diseases, Director of Cardiovascular Services, H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute, Tampa, FL. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, of the American College of Cardiology and of the American Heart Association’s Council on Clinical Cardiology, as well as its Council on Basic Science .
